It is used for planning and course assignment and shows all ressources for administration purposes. - Nauthor SIMULATOR API: this fully documented and open API (Application Programmer Interface) can invoke comunicatoin with other Hardware devices or ther software products like SIMULATORS. Results of Simulator training even with Documentation can be stored in NAuthor LMS. Even the scenario definition documents can be handled by the LMS system and transferred on request from and to the Simulators. In combination with the Learning Curriculum (Syllabus, Lernpath) definition it allows the handle normal Computer based training and Simulator training in one application with full planning and progress control,
- NAuthor Local Offline LMS: even if there is almost everywhere Internet connection available our customers asked for local or also called OFFLINE LMS functions. The offline LMS allows to “check out” content from the LMS and store it on encrypted and secure way on a Personal Device e.g. a USB Stick. This encrypted data on the Personal Identification Device (PID) can be transported to any other computer system and the local LMS will provide the learning contents to the user without a internet connection. Results will be logged by the local LMS and on “check in” of the PID Data transferred to the Main LMS and imported back in the system.
